I am the daughter of Lena and Stefan, a Swedish couple, who on a warm August day in 1978 made love on a blanket next to a lake. My mother used to tell me that my father always came to pick her up from work in his Ford Fairlane Victoria 56. They would then go and spend their afternoons by this lake eating peaches. I have decided, without their knowledge of course, that this is where I think it all happened. Utopia…
Then I spent my first 20 years in Stockholm, Sweden. As a child I thought I was to become a fashion designer, but found myself working as a photographer’s assistant for two years before moving to London in 1999. There I studied graphic design at St Martins, and continued living, working and breathing London air for almost nine years. After working at galleries and creative projects I then moved to Barcelona and have, for almost two years now, been joyously walking on its grounds.
